“Read-In” for School Librarians

Today, I participated in a “read-in” to advocate for school librarians. School librarians and allies sat outside the Wilson Building, covering the stairs with hundreds of children’s books, reminding our policymakers and neighbors about the importance of school librarians in advancing literacy across DC.
